Born in Miami, raised in California, and lived in Taiwan for two years.
Now, I’m based in Brooklyn, New York. 🗽
I’m super grateful for the two amazing years I spent in Taiwan, during which I went from having absolutely no clue about Chinese to actually speaking it fluently.
I seriously couldn’t have done it without my amazing parents, who have helped me appreciate the language and culture since I was little.
You can say I’m a cultural chameleon!
After taking several solo trips to different countries and reflecting on ways I could make a positive impact, I’ve gained priceless insights from both the world around me and my own experiences, which led to the creation of EVERLASTYING.

began
Ever since I can remember, starting my own business was always a dream — but let’s be honest, the fear of failure constantly held me back.
In 2023, after an unexpected shift at work…
I finally decided to take the leap.
And so, EVERLASTYING was born.
The name? It’s a mix of “everlasting” memories and “Ying” (瑩), my Chinese name, which means authentic.
I’m here to keep it real while helping you travel deeper and live lighter.
EVERLASTYING celebrates Taiwan’s beauty — its culture, food, and small businesses that deserve way more love and attention. Since I’m currently based in NYC, I’m also spotlighting Asian gems in the city to uplift our community.
As I continue to explore more places, I’ll share those adventures with you too — but Taiwan will always stay the center stage 💫
