Driving from Hualien up into the mountains at sunset felt a little unreal — winding roads, no lights, and sudd

Climbing Elephant Mountain was no joke — steep steps, humidity (surprisingly even in the winter!), and yes… mosquitoes.
But seeing Taipei 101 rise at the top?

soft light, plush blanket & pillows, with that effortlessly cool Brooklyn energy — waking up at Ace Hotel Brooklyn feels like living inside a design magazine.
