We didn't plan on flying Business Class. Or at least — I didn't. But somewhere between landing in Milan and heading home to New York, my partner had other ideas. What followed was one of the most memorable flights of my life — flat beds, a bar lounge at 35,000 feet, incredible food, and a moment two hours before landing that I'll never forget.
